Ages: 15-Adult. This card game is designed to facilitate discussions and development of anger management skills. Each of the 72 cards in the deck contains an anger management skills question. Instructions include alternatives for game use of cards and process questions. 4-14 players.

Examples:

An anger problem is any behavior that is hurtful to you or to another person. Do you have an anger problem?

Everyone has the ability to forgive. Tell us of a time you struggled to forgive someone and were able.

You are furious! In 30 seconds, name all of the things you can do - other than blowup.
